Before anything, please contact us to verify calendar availability. Once an agreement is found for this matter, a contract will be forwarded to you via fax, email, or regular mail.
The following rental terms and conditions will be enclosed in the contract you will receive:

Establishing contract – reservation
|
- All reservations will be effective only after reception of a payment representing 30% of the total amount.
|
- The contract is considered to be established and valid from the date of dispatch of the invoice indicating that the payment has been received.
|
- The balance due for the period of rental will be paid the first day of rental, when the tenant enters the premises.
|
- A security deposit is required to cover any damage or loss occasioned by the tenant and/or occupants under his responsibility.

- The parties must be 18 years old and over
